On behalf of the guys and myself, we want to thank you for casting your gently steamed but not cooked and NOT microwaved chopped or shredded spinach, carrots, celery, broccoli, potatoes, green beans, cabbage and whole wheat grain, whole oats, brown rice, split peas and lentils and NOT your bread upon the waters.
