Les Coups Du Sort

       
Have you ever noticed that when people talk about preparing and eating frog's legs, it's always; "dip in beaten egg, dip in milk, roll in bread crumbs, roll in flour, saute in goose fat, eat with a nice salad or toast, maybe a fine glass of dry wine."? It's never, "toss those bad boys on the grill and break out the hard lemonade!"
 I find the whole subject very disturbing, in any case.
